Does Earzz device come with an offline mode?

Earzz devices require wi-fi to operate and be functional.

Can I add another user to get notifications from my Earzz device?

Not yet but something we are looking into. Currently, you can connect up to six (6) devices on the same account. Simply download the app sign in with your account credentials on the devices you wish to get notified on.

The Wifi LED has dropped, what should I do?

Make sure the device is within wifi range.

What are the minimum requirements for the mobile app?

Smartphone compatibility (Smartphones running iOS 13 or later, Android 5 or later)

Where can I see a log of all my notifications?

By selecting “Sound log” through the primary menu, you can access and filter through all the notifications received across all your Earzz devices.

How do I factory reset my Earzz device from the mobile app?

From the device settings screen, select the “Disconnect Device” button in order to remove this device from your profile. Once you have removed/disconnected your Earzz Home Monitor from the Earzz app, press and hold the main power button of the Earzz Home Monitor for 10 seconds while the device is powered up until the side LEDs start blinking. Once the device has completely reset, the top ring LED will remain solid.
